ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Set up and monitor performance of Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, and other external advertising campaigns on Amazon Platform that drive the full lifecycle, and achieve conversion rates in line with quarterly and annual goals
Formulate marketing plans on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Develop strategies and budgets for performance marketing across selected verticals
Optimize and improve campaign performance by engaging in experimental activities and providing roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders regularly
Deliver user acquisition numbers within targeted performance marketing KPIs including media effectiveness, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACOS and ROI.
Analyze data and compile market and performance insights to sales & brand team for better promotion planning
2.
Project Management and Market Research
Able to proactively initiate marketing projects that deliver impact and are clearly detailed in terms of supporting justification, objective, target audience, channel mix, and other fundamentals
Independently execute projects under guidance of managers and ensure project milestones are met excellently with well-monitored process - optimize effectively and efficiently, carry out with good stakeholder management, and wrap with proper reporting and documentation for retrospective and learning purposes
Setting up reliable systems to track and report on regular marketing performance and its achievement toward business objectives
Identify key trends and campaign mechanics that drives traffic and sales conversion on Amazon platform, which includes identifying gaps, and driving/improving ongoing initiative and projects' performances
Routine monitoring of beauty industry trends to compile insights and concisely communicating these insights to brand development team in order to improve product portfolio that cater to a wide range of consumer needs

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

1.
At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
2.
Highly proficient in written & verbal English (native level)
3.
Number-oriented, strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill with an eye for detail
4.
Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups
5.
Possess solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communications, and deploy into e-commerce platforms
6.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills is a must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.
Have experience working in beauty industry
2.
Have at least 1 year experience managing PPC campaigns in general e-commerce platforms, with Amazon experience as a plus
3.
Hold a Google Ads Certification or similar certification
