REQUIRED SKILL & KNOWLEDGE
1.
10+ years minimum of creative directing experience including but not limited to graphic design and photo/video shooting, in the beauty or consumer goods industry
2.
Understanding of customer needs and design according to different on/offline channels
3.
Ability to direct advertisement, pictorial, and video contents shooting
4.
Skillful in USP and storytelling
5.
Strong communication and cooperation skills with related departments
6.
Experience of leadership in a department or larger
7.
Strong understanding of the global beauty industry and customers
8.
Ability to communicate in English and/or Chinese

Graphic content directing (product pages, promotion, etc.)

Domestic and international offline channels VMD design directing
