REQUIRED SKILL & KNOWLEDGE
3+ years minimum of HR management experience as a leader in start-up or FMCG companies.
3+ years minimum experience of day-to-day operation in ORG structuring, recruiting, performance assessment modeling, compensation & benefits, or culture build-up in an organization of at least 100 H/C.
Ability to work with and manage an internationally distributed team. (English & Chinese preferred)
Proven experience in how to recruit and organize teams in line with business strategy and structure for a growth stage company.
HR strategies proved by experience to resolve business-related issues, concerns, and constraints
Knowledge of team structuring, organizational development, recruiting, performance assessment modeling, compensation & benefits, or culture build-up.
Knowledge of FMCG, management software technology, and laws & regulations related to labor management.
Oversee and assess all the teams and people in the organization of global offices
Leading teams for recruiting, HRD, HRM in Seoul office, and HR managers in global offices
Serve as the HR expert for the company on all business-related endeavors
Long-term and short-term strategic insight on the planning of future business endeavors (key-talent acquisition, assignment, reporting line, team structure, and resource allocation, etc.)
Responsive to and respectful of the needs of all clients to the organization including investors, the BOD, and team members
Foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships (e.g. JV, Collaboration, Consortium, etc) generally advised on by the CEO & COO and business development team (Accompany CEO and COO on investor or partner-related meetings, as needed)
BA/BS degree in an appropriate field (Psychology, ORG, Administration, Laws, Education, Business & etc) from an accredited college or university
Masters or Graduate degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college or university preferred
